Avengers: No More Bullying #[nn]
Set in the hallways of an ordinary school — lockers, a "School Dance Friday 8PM" sign, and a handful of students as witnesses — this 2015 Marvel one-shot drops Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, and Black Widow right into the everyday world of teenage life. Captain America crouches protectively beside a young student on the floor while his teammates stand ready around him, making for a cover (penciled by Todd Nauck) that frames Earth's Mightiest Heroes as champions of a very relatable kind of conflict. Writer Jody Houser and artist Tana Ford bring the story "Straight Shooter" to life inside, promising an Avengers adventure with something genuinely meaningful to say.
