The tenth and concluding volume of Dark Horse's B.P.R.D. Omnibus series brings together a sweeping collection from the world of Hellboy, and Mike Mignola's 2022-dated cover art sets the tone beautifully — a brooding, darkly atmospheric composition featuring a glowing-eyed bearded figure adorned with occult symbols, Hellboy himself bathed in fiery orange light, a red-haired figure, a skeletal presence, and a towering shadowy entity looming behind them all. The palette of deep blues, smoldering oranges, and eerie teals gives the ensemble a sense of tremendous weight, as though the B.P.R.D.'s long war against the paranormal is finally pressing toward something definitive. With work from Mignola, Scott Allie, Laurence Campbell, Christopher Mitten, Sebastián Fiumara, Tim Sale, and Dave Stewart all under one cover, this is a deeply satisfying way to experience the series in one handsome package.
