Babe, Darling of the Hills #11

Babe participates in a brutal hillbilly baseball game where thirteen men have already been killed in just the first inning, with a dangerous weapon called a bazooma used as the bat. Later, a man attempts to secure a seat on an overcrowded bus headed to a war surplus auction by arriving early and claiming the space, only to have his plans disrupted when the bosses leave and other passengers rush to board. Finally, Babe finds herself caught in a chaotic brawl involving hillbilly characters, where she gets tangled up while various men attempt to resolve the situation by washing her back.
