Engaged for six months, Sabine grows restless because all her fiancé ever talks about is saving money and she feels she is missing adventure in her life. Going alone to a friend's party because Paul has to work, she meets a man who speaks to her dreams of travel. The man gets an all-expenses paid trip to accompany a Turkish girl back to Istanbul if he can find her a chaperon. Sabine's family disapproves, so she escapes out the window and joins up with Claude and Seela on their road trip through Europe.
