“Fortress [Part 1]”

In "Fortress [Part 1]," Batman and Lex Luthor venture into the Arctic on a desperate mission to reclaim advanced technology from the Fortress of Solitude—only to discover it’s vanished. With their plan unraveling and alien forces closing in, Bruce returns to the Batcave to find an unexpected ally in the form of alien Green Lantern D'Ayl. As he teams up with Detective Chimp to track down the missing fortress, the stakes rise in this high-stakes, mystery-driven chapter written by Gary Whitta and brought to life with bold visuals by Darick Robertson, whose dynamic art and inks anchor the issue’s tension. The cover, also by Robertson, captures the icy isolation and looming threat with striking precision.
