Batman faces off against the Joker and upon capturing him, returns him to Arkham Asylum. As an Arkham doctor chastises Batman about his use of violence, Joker leads an uprising of Arkham inmates, and Batman is forced to take them all on single-handedly. The Scarecrow escapes in the confusion.
