Bedtime Games #1

A creepy-eyed creature clutches an enormous stitched-leather tome — adorned with a golden clasp and etched runes — against a moonlit forest backdrop, setting an irresistibly unsettling tone for this Dark Horse miniseries. Writer Nick Keller, artist Conor Nolan, and colorist Kelly Fitzpatrick clearly have a taste for old-school horror atmosphere, and that cover promises something genuinely chilling. If you enjoy your bedtime stories with a little dread baked in, issue one of Bedtime Games is a fine place to start.
