“Betty Cooper, Betty Cooper (Part I)”

In "Betty Cooper, Betty Cooper (Part I)," Archie’s life takes a bizarre turn when a sea merchant gifts him a mysterious jewel known as "The Eye of Howja Du," instantly transforming his speech into cryptic riddles. Meanwhile, Betty finds herself caught in a strange moment of confusion when she claims not to have said anything about Veronica’s weight, even as the words hang in the air. The chaos continues as Jughead ends up locked in a freezer during a frozen lasagna heist, all under the watchful eyes of Stan Goldberg’s vibrant art and the dynamic inks of Jon D’Agostino, with the cover by Goldberg and Lapick capturing the absurdity in full color.
