Super Frankenstein asks the help of Knight Watchman to study criminology, and becomes a fast student. Later, they tackle a band of bank robbers called The Gorilla Gang, who escape due to some misguided animal rights activists. While searching for them, Knight Watchman encounters a creature from another planet, who switches places with him and reveals he was "Public Enemy Number One" on his home planet, before he was forced to flee the authorities. He joins forces with The Gorilla Gang to get rid of Kid Galahad and Super Frankenstein, but things don't go as planned.
