Bingo, a small monkey character created by Eric Peters, finds himself in jail and befriends the mayor, who helps bail him out. The mayor then hires Bingo to deliver a wire to Frank Franklin in person, leading to a comedic adventure where Bingo must locate Franklin at a construction site. A second story, "Training for a Ride," depicts Bingo on a crowded public coach, where his constant coughing and fidgeting annoys the other passengers and creates chaos throughout the journey.

At the big game, Bingo finds himself besieged by spectators making one request after another—a hot dog here, a cold drink there, popcorn everywhere—while the action unfolds on the field. As the excitement builds and everyone around him clamors for refreshments, our hapless hero has to juggle it all and try to actually watch the match himself. It's a hilarious look at what it really means to be the guy everybody wants something from at the stadium.
