Black Cat #13

Black Cat #13 contains two stories. In the first story, a woman attempts to sabotage a motorcycle race by giving one racer watered-down gasoline, but her plan backfires when the racer discovers the trick and uses it to his advantage. In the second story, a criminal named Frisco and his associates steal radium from a professor and hide it in a locked room at an academy, then later attempt to retrieve it from a carnival, but their scheme is thwarted and the stolen radium is recovered.
