This anthology issue contains three Western action stories. "The Gunswift" follows a character named Barnes, a hideout drifter operating in Texas, who nearly succeeds in his criminal pursuits but ultimately faces consequences for his actions. "Big Hero" shows Sergeant Cleggs of the Cheyenne Army Scout being hunted and discovered, leading to a confrontation where a character named Coyo references a man whose nose was chopped off, resulting in a violent clash between multiple parties.
