# Blazing West #11 The issue contains the story "Paint Pony," in which Sheriff Hank Rogers pursues a gang of masked bandits who rob the Wells Fargo office and flee on horseback. After shooting one of the robbers' horses, causing it to stumble and throw its rider, Rogers discovers the outlaw is covered in red paint—which he uses to follow the gang's trail to their hideout in the hills. When the posse attacks and the outlaws surrender, their leader is astonished to learn the "blood" was merely paint from canvas the gang had stolen during the robbery. The issue concludes with advertisements for other American Comics Group titles.
