“Okay, Gringo”

"Okay, Gringo" delivers a tense, clever whodunit set in a lavish English castle, where Phil’s chilling theory about the perfect crime takes a dangerous personal turn. When Jennifer confesses her love and begs him to eliminate her husband, Phil orchestrates a deadly plan during a high-stakes conference—only to find Scotland Yard’s most trusted inspector, his old friend, now closing in. Cover by Mario Cubbino captures the story’s elegant menace, while the typeset lettering keeps the atmosphere sharp and precise.

During a party in a rich English castle while talking to a mystery writer, Phil claims that an intelligent man without scruples could commit the perfect crime. Later, Jennifer claims she loves him, but she is a married woman. He agrees to kill her husband so they can be together. He invites an old friend who works at Scotland Yard to a conference where the husband is speaking. When the husband dies of a fast-acting poison after drinking water from the same pitcher he has been using for hours, the inspector suspects his old friend immediately but must figure out how he did it.
