Editor Martin Biro oversaw a three-writer, three-artist structure: Mark Russell and Bob Quinn handled the Hawkeye story, Christos Gage and Javier Garrón wrote and drew the Man-Wolf/J. Jonah Jameson segment, and Erica Schultz and Bernard Chang anchored the Dagger serial that would run through all four anthology issues. The cover was provided by Greg Land and Frank D'Armata, with Declan Shalvey producing a book variant.
