Bruce Lee #4
In "The Word on the Street," Bruce Lee faces down a personal threat when he steps in to stop Caitlin’s abusive ex, Joe Dorgan, setting off a chain of tensions both on and off the set. As Bruce and Stefan rehearse their fight scene for the film, the rivalry between them escalates—Stefan deliberately injures Bruce, only to be outmaneuvered in a clever twist at the after-party. When the Treys gang attacks the dojo again, Stefan steps up to help, but the fight leaves him hospitalized. Amid the chaos, Bruce is offered a major new role, adding another layer to his already complex journey. Written by Mike Baron and illustrated by Val Mayerik, with inks by James Sherman and Val Mayerik, colors by Rick Schmitz and 'Bu Tones, and letters by Tim Eldred, the cover by Val Mayerik captures the intensity of the moment.
