Volume 14 of Haro Aso and Kotaro Takata's *Bucket List of the Dead* arrives in a burst of chaotic energy, its cover bursting with confetti, vivid pink blooms, and yellow paint splatters as a young woman in a flowing red dress is swept through the air beside a wide-eyed young man in a suit — all while grinning zombies close in from the background. The contrast between the festive atmosphere and the undead menace gives the whole image a wonderfully unhinged charm that perfectly captures this series' signature blend of heart and horror.
