Buster Bear is too broke to buy a present for Honey Bear's birthday party—until he befriends a talkative bird named Budgie in Woodsville. Witty Fox buys a decrepit boat from Buzzy Rabbit and Sammy Skunk for a thousand dollars—cash he doesn't quite have on hand—dreaming of setting sail across the sea.
