Cable #22
In "Homecoming, Part Two Chapter Four: Mannahatta," Cable—driven by desperation and a stolen piece of Bishop's time teleporter—hurricanes through the timestream with Hope, chasing the present day while Bishop is dragged along with every leap. The strain of constant temporal travel takes a visible toll on Cable, his already fragile heart pushing toward breaking under the weight of time itself. Written by Duane Swierczynski and illustrated by Gabriel Guzman, with colors by Thomas Mason and letters by VC's Joe Caramagna, this issue pulses with urgency, anchored by Marko Djurdjević’s intense cover.
