Kachou Hashimoto's post-apocalyptic manga series continues with this second volume from Glénat, its cover presenting a striking tableau: a silver-haired young woman in a flowing green dress stands at center, flanked by a brooding figure in a wide-brimmed hat and an armored warrior wielding a long weapon, all set against warm golden flowers and a dusky purple sky. The contrast between the delicate femininity of the central figure and the imposing, battle-ready companions surrounding her hints at the tension and protectiveness at the heart of this story.
