Using shrinking drugs, the duo plunge into this miniature realm to confront Togaro and stop his plans, but their mission takes a dangerous turn when a drop of acid spills on the stone containing the microworld, unleashing a deadly flood. Written by Ray Cummings and illustrated by Syd Shores, with inks by Vince Alascia, this 1943 adventure blends sci-fi wonder with wartime heroism, all captured in a striking cover by Syd Shores.

In the first part of this two part story, Cap and Bucky defeat a giant cockroach which had been set upon them by Togaro, a tyrant from a microworld. Cap and Bucky use shrinking drugs to enter the microworld and search out Togaro. The story ends when some of Togaro's men on Earth spill a drop of acid on the stone which contains the microworld and the deadly flood threatens to destroy Cap and Bucky.
