Dr. Necrosis, a German doctor stationed in Australia, has contracted the dreaded white gangrene and has shipped out contaminated plasma to poison wounded Allied soldiers in the field. Cap and Bucky disrupt his experiment to use the blood of his assistant to cure himself and he falls on a piece of jagged glass during the fighting.
