Captain America: Forever Allies #1
"Part One Unfinished Business" kicks off a bold new chapter in the Captain America legacy, reuniting Stan Lee and Jack Kirby for a story that echoes the character’s storied origins. In a secret lab during World War II, Steve Rogers—rejected by the army and desperate to serve—receives the Super-soldier serum from Dr. Erskine, transforming him into the symbol of freedom known as Captain America. With the help of his new ally Bucky, Steve takes on Nazi spies and secret operations, forging a legacy that spans decades. The dynamic art of Jack Kirby, with inks by Frank Ray and lettering by Art Simek, brings the early days of the shield-wielding hero to life, while Lee Weeks' cover captures the intensity of this pivotal moment.
