Captain Steve Savage, an American pilot, parachutes behind enemy lines in Korea to complete a covert mission. He battles enemy forces and guerrillas while attempting to escape, ultimately reaching safety and a hilltop where he witnesses the successful outcome of his raid. Meanwhile, a spy ring operates in America, with agents tasked to infiltrate and gather intelligence; one operative is instructed to contact a man named Shwan at the Interior and obtain secret information before the agency closes in on their operation.
