In "The Toys that Saved the Town," a young boy named Tommy faces down a grumpy man named Cole, who refuses to sign a contract until Tommy’s toys are thrown away. When a sudden flood threatens the town where Cole’s circus is performing, the boy’s beloved locomotive, airplane, and boats—magnified by Zatara’s magic—race to the rescue, carrying flood victims and even saving the zoo animals.
