Esteemed athlete Captain Vigour, now a member of the Central Committee of Olympics, learns of Lahai, a young boy living in West Africa with exceptional performance as a runner. Vigour sets out to visit the boy and recruit him for the Olympics but soon learns that the boy cannot move, and has fallen under the spell of Levuma, a witch doctor who is trying to prevent the boy from leaving. Vigour and his team encounter a number of obstacles as they try to rescue the boy from Levuma.
