Noting how Americans are buying war bonds in record numbers, two Nazi agents decide to sell fake war bonds and stamps to unsuspecting American patriots. One typical American boy, Bob Burton, buys a quarter stamp, but suddenly notices that it is counterfeit, so he dresses as the Hood and follows the peddlers to their lair, where he is shot dead.
