Silvério dos Reis, reborn as a Devil, demands to the Mayor and the Governor that they must change the capital of the Minas Gerais from Belo Horizonte to Ouro Preto, and fights the Army when they refuse. Meanwhile, Celton goes back in time to enlist the help of Tiradentes, Silvério's old nemesis.
