Chamber of Chills #5 is an anthology horror magazine containing multiple stories. One story features a man named Michael who becomes trapped in a supernatural compulsion: native villagers perform a ritualistic dance that possesses his mind, driving him to madness and violence as he struggles to break the curse's grip. Another story involves two explorers discovering a hole in an asteroid that leads to vast treasures—shining gold, diamonds, rubies, and emeralds—prompting one character to insist on reporting the find to their university despite his companion's reluctance to share the discovery.
