Colección BD #21
In "Vacaciones de primavera," Lapinot finds himself in a whimsical, slightly stiff Victorian England, seeking peace in his family’s cottage—only to have his quiet retreat shattered by the sudden reappearance of Miss Nadia, the childhood crush who’s now the object of his adult longing. Written by Lewis Trondheim and Frank Le Gall, with art and inks by Trondheim and colors by Brigitte Findakly, this 2003 issue captures a tender, wistful moment in a life about to shift—just as Lapinot prepares to embrace his true calling as a painter, far from the expected path of a banker’s son. The cover, also by Trondheim, perfectly frames the story’s gentle, nostalgic tone.
