An anthology comic featuring three main stories: "Tornado Tom," in which the titular character uses his whip and lasso to wrangle lazy workers and mischievous children; "Colonel Longbow," recounting the Colonel's harrowing experience falling from a plane and being rescued by swans and other waterfowl on a large lake, who ultimately carry him to safety; and "T.N.T. Tom," wherein the super-strong boy with explosive energy confronts monks and monsters, battles a volcano, and ultimately rescues a captain stranded at sea, returning safely to England.
