Comics on Parade #65 is an anthology featuring Nancy, the cover story in which a boy blows too hard while trying to blow out birthday candles on a cake; Fritzi Ritz by Ernie Bushmiller, where Phil is sent to the store for salt, ketchup, and olives but returns with the wrong package; and Dog Suke by Ving Fuller, a brief comic about a policeman and a small dog.
