On his way home from a rough night at work, Police Detective Bulldog Malone -- an actual six-foot tall talking canine -- encounters a small but powerful and completely annoying creature guarding a safe in the ruins of blasted building. What's in the safe? Nobody knows, so Bulldog consults with scientists Fidge Dextro and Dr. Martin handsome. But a certain cybernetic someone also seeks the safe.
