“Den sorte kysts dronning”

In "Den sorte kysts dronning," Conan flees Messantia and finds himself aboard a ship bound for the unknown south, only to be seized by the legendary pirate queen Bêlit and her Black Corsairs off the coast of Kush. Forced to fight the warrior Odongo for his life, Conan emerges victorious—earning not just survival, but Bêlit’s respect and a place at her side as her second-in-command. With John Buscema’s dynamic art and Roy Thomas’s sharp storytelling—based on Robert E. Howard’s original vision—this 1994 issue captures the raw power and fierce romance of the Hyborian Age, all framed by a striking cover by John Buscema and Marie Severin, inked by Ernie Chan.
