Riding with Conan's group toward Koth, Thulsa Doom's plans are revealed. Anneka's father, Shapur, gets ever more aggressive. Conan realizes that Shapur is dead and that Doom has been controlling his corpse. Anneka shoots Conan with an arrow to protect her "father".
