"My Jealous Heart" follows a young woman from a poor family who falls in love with Johnny Curtis, son of a wealthy banking family, but feels miserable and excluded due to her family's lack of wealth. After Johnny takes her away, he abandons her in jail when caught gambling, leaving her to be bailed out by another man named Jerry—but Johnny later returns, asking her to run away with him. In a separate story, a woman named Lynn goes on a honeymoon trip to the mountains with her new husband Ed, but Ed leaves her to go skiing with another woman named Tony Person; Lynn waits at a hotel where Ed is reported to have crashed, and the issue ends with her learning devastating news about the accident.
