Coo Coo Comics #47 features the adventures of Supermouse. In the main story, Professor Squee's time-altering invention is accidentally activated during Supermouse's nap, launching the mouse and Professor Squee on an unfinished rocket ship bound for Mars. After escaping the rocket's confines, Supermouse encounters Buttercup at a circus, where the large brute has obtained iron bars meant for a lion's cage. Supermouse recovers the bars and subsequently meets a leprechaun named Shamus who offers him a pot of gold and three wishes, with the final wish allowing Supermouse to wish for food, which he uses to return to the alley with his newfound fortune.
