Coo Coo Comics #8

This is an anthology comic featuring multiple cartoon characters and stories. The cover prominently displays a large elephant asking "Umbrella, Mister?" while a small character holds an umbrella in the rain. Featured characters include Supermouse, The Early Byrds, Weary Hound, Spider the Monk, Fin 'n' Butch, and Hap the Rabbit.
