Texas Ranger Johnny Cole, after abandoning his badge, teams up with Mexican Rurale Jose Rosada to track down the outlaw Tuss Arno, who’s found refuge south of the Rio Grande. As the two lawmen follow Arno’s gang across the border, they set a trap to stop a bank robbery—only to find themselves caught in a surprise ambush from another group of Mexican riders.

A lonely old man takes in a stray dog he names Micky, bonding with the creature as their quiet life together unfolds. But as strange incidents escalate—objects disintegrating, fires breaking out, and the dog’s unsettling behavior—his neighbors grow suspicious, and the old man begins to question whether his beloved pet is truly what he seems.

Harvey Kiron, a botanist obsessed with spore-based plants, and his wife Elsa relocate to the Amazon after discovering a mysterious spore that adapts to extreme environments. As the spore grows into a grotesque, rapidly expanding vine, Harvey struggles to contain it while Elsa grapples with the unsettling changes it brings. The story builds toward an escalating mystery as the vine’s strange growth defies explanation.
