Cuentos de Walt Disney #2
In "Observación de aves," Uncle Scrooge and the ducks embark on a high-stakes treasure hunt in the misty halls of an ancient Scottish castle, where a shadowy "ghost" with a skeletal form haunts the ruins. With Carl Barks handling every aspect of the art—from pencils to inks to color—this 1949 adventure blends mystery and humor, as the nephews outwit the spectral thief and uncover a hidden passage beneath an old graveyard. The cover, also by Barks, captures the eerie charm of the tale.

Uncle Scrooge and the ducks go to Scotland to find the treasure hidden in the walls of the old McDuck castle, and there they encounter a "ghost" that is invisible except for the shadow cast by its skeleton. The "ghost" soon steals the treasure and traps the ducks on a balcony a hundred feet above the ground. The nephews get down safely, find a secret entrance to the castle through an old graveyard, and expose the ghost as a thief.
