Superfox races to stop Needle-Noggin, the gangster who just robbed the Fifth National Bank, using his infra-red eyes to track the criminal after a failed gas attack. As the chase unfolds through the countryside, Needle-Noggin tries to outwit Superfox with traps and tricks, but the hero remains undeterred.
Bonzo the Monster, a newly animated creation of Dr. Leer, quickly develops a passion for Hollywood stardom and dreams of fame, much to the surprise of his cautious assistant, Mumps. When Bonzo receives a telegram announcing his success in horror films, the duo sets off for Hollywood, where his antics and love of movie glamour lead to a series of absurd encounters with a series of oddball characters.
