From Yann and Conrad comes this devilishly entertaining Dargaud album, its cover awash in hellish reds and oranges as two wide-eyed, horn-sprouting little demons face off with tridents amid a fiery infernal landscape. The pair's bulging cartoon eyes and scruffy fur give the whole scene a wonderfully absurd energy — menacing in theory, irresistibly funny in practice. Dans l'enfer des hauts de pages promises a trip to a very particular underworld, and this 2013 volume looks like a thoroughly enjoyable one.
