“Dancing Between the Raindrops”

In "Dancing Between the Raindrops," Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev deliver a tense, character-driven chapter as Matt Murdock faces mounting pressure from both the legal system and the shadows. A rooftop conversation with Elektra gives way to a showdown with the FBI and a high-stakes showdown with lawyer Mr. Rosenthal, all rendered in Maleev’s moody, atmospheric art and Hollingsworth’s evocative colors.

Matt has a little rooftop chat with Elektra. The Daily Globe lawyer bluntly assures Matt and Foggy that the secret identity trial is going to court. Daredevil spooks the FBI Agent who is going to testify and Mr. Rosenthal calls Matt in to settle. After a settlement is reached, Rosenthal decides to take the battle to court anyway since Matt is so smug about it all.
