An FBI agent breaks the news that the eye removing serial killer, Johnny Sockets, has been using Murdock's client book to pick his victims. Matt races over to the Farrell household and confronts Sean about the killings. He learns that Sean's father was a butcher that had been beaten up by Battling Jack and that Sean had spent his life trying to better himself and be a good husband to a wife with cancer. Matt realizes that Sean has been fatally stabbed by the real killer, his wife Maggie. Maggie has gone to Murdock and Nelson's law office looking for Matt, but settles on Foggy instead.
