Mr. and Mrs. Menace -- namely The Sportsmaster and the Huntress -- decide on a "friendly" contest of baseball to decide whether they should remain crooks or become crimefighters. Huntress picks a team of heroes for her team, while Sportsmaster selects some villains. Although both teams forswear using their powers, Sportsmaster's team ignores that rule when the villains begin losing.
