When Donald Duck fancies himself a genius inventor, his latest creation—a so-called "atom bomb"—surprises everyone by going "fut" instead of "boom." Summoned to investigate, two professors, Kwik and Kwek, arrive with their own theories, but it’s the foreign expert Professor Sleezy who ends up making a disastrous grab for the device.
