On a remote stretch of Easter Island, the Hulk staggers ashore, battered and drained after a long swim across the Pacific. There, he’s forced to confront the Absorbing Man, whose mind is clouded and weakened—yet still dangerous. Meanwhile, Rick Jones, guided by a visit from Betty Ross, tries to track the Hulk’s whereabouts by reaching out to the Teen Brigade, unaware of the storm brewing on the island’s ancient shores.
