Deadpool Max #6
In "Domino Effect," Deadpool is sent to eliminate Hydra's most lethal agent—only to discover the truth is far stranger than he expected. The woman he's hunting isn't a villain, but Dr. Inez, the psychiatrist from Sunshine Rest Home, who's been playing both sides all along and is now carrying his child. With the CIA's strings pulled and his own identity in question, Deadpool makes a shocking choice: he walks away, marries Inez, and hands the Deadpool mantle to his loyal (and very confused) assistant, Bob. Written by David Lapham and brought to life with bold, dynamic art by Kyle Baker—whose distinctive style defines both the interior and the striking cover—this issue delivers a wild, heartfelt twist in the series' ongoing chaos.

Deadpool is sent to track down Hydra's deadliest assassin, Domino. But Domino doesn't really work for Hydra (mostly because Hydra doesn't exist). In fact, Domino is really Dr. Inez, the fake psychiatrist that Deadpool met at the Sunshine Rest Home (way back in issue #2). And she knows that Deadpool is working for and being manipulated by the CIA. And she is pregnant with his baby. So DP does the honorable thing and marries her, quits his job and dubs Bob the new Deadpool.
