Doreen dates “fast” Roy and hangs out with his friends, disappointing her next-door neighbor Dale. Doreen participates in a game of “chicken” (two cars driving towards each other at full speed) but leaps from the car in fear and is badly injured. Roy leaves town, but faithful Dale sticks by his friend and they fall in love.
