Mumbles and his gang rob the charity event held by Mrs. De Pyster and force Kiss Andtel to go along with them. Taking a boat out into stormy weather, Mumbles plans to take all of the money and dynamite the boat with his band and Kiss Andtel still on board. Kiss tries to signal Tracy in the storm, but is caught by Mumbles, who binds her leaves her in the cabin with dynamite. Mumbles makes his escape in a rubber raft.
